Santiago-Burgos is charged with assault 2nd after it was determined he struck a victim in the face with a cell phone causing physical injury. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Santiago-Burgos was taken into custody without incident and further charged with aggravated family offence due to a prior domestic violence criminal conviction in the preceding 5 years, endangering the welfare of a child, and unlawful imprisonment 2nd. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Santiago-Burgos was arraigned in the Town of Warsaw Court where he was remanded to Jail on $7,500 cash bail and $15,000 bond bail. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
