Sullivan, 31, of Perry, was serving a sentence in the jail after being convicted of the charge criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument.<\/p>\n<p>Sullivan was found to be in possession of crushed up medication inside her cell with paraphernalia used to inhale the crushed up medication.<\/p>\n<p>She is charged with promoting prison contraband 2nd, a class A misdemeanor, and arraigned in the Village of Warsaw Court.<\/p>\n<p>Sullivan was held in lieu of $500.00 cash bail or $2,000.00 bond, and is scheduled to return to the Village of Warsaw Court on April 10, 2017 for further proceedings.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; A Wyoming County Jail Inmate was arrested following the discovery of contraband in her cell during a cell search.
