Mohun to an indeterminate period of incarceration with a minimum of 15 years and a maximum of life in NYS prison.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This was a planned, premeditated and calculated murder,&#8221; says Vincent Hemming, First Assistant DA.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We will strongly recommend to the parole board that Kastenhuber spend the rest of her life in prison.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Our hearts go out to the family of Desiree Withey.
