Edwards, 23, of Kibbi Ave., Batavia, is charged with grand larceny 3rd\/value over $3,000, after an investigation into stolen property at 8204 Park road, the Citgo Gas station in October of 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Edwards was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court\u00a0 on March 24, 2017 and will return to court on April 17, 2017 at 10:30a.m.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tammy M. O&#8217;Shea, 45, of Main Rd., Stafford, is charged with criminal trespass 2nd after an investigation into a trespass complaint on January 22, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>O&#8217;Shea was arraigned in the Batavia Town Court and released on her own recognizance.<\/p>\n<p>She will appear in Stafford Town Court on April 13, 2017 at 6:00p.m.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Shana L. Sullivan, 26, of Griswold Rd., Stafford, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after a traffic stop on Griswold road on March 28, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>She was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Stafford Court on April 13, 2017 at 6:00p.m.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rebecca A.
