Ganoung IV, 33, of Transit Rd., Elba, is charged with two counts of criminal possession of a weapon 3rd after allegedly being in possession of a an unregistered assault weapon and a high capacity magazine during an unrelated incident on Transit road in Byron on March 25, 2017 at 12:30a.m.<\/p>\n<p>Ganoung was arraigned in\u00a0 the Town of Byron Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice. He will re-appear in court on April 3, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Samual G. Coughlin Jr., 21, of Pratt Rd., Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a marijuana 4th, speed exceeding 55 mph and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration after a traffic stop on Main road in Pembroke on March 26, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Coughlin Jr., was allegedly in possession of more than two ounces of suspected marijuana.<\/p>\n<p>He was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Pembroke Town Court on April 11, 2017 at 4:30p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Charles S.
