Stupnick, 26 of Medina, NY with 4 counts of Sex Abuse 2<sup>nd<\/sup> Degree, 2 counts each of Criminal Sex Act 3<sup>rd<\/sup> Degree and Official Misconduct.<br><br>On March 27, 2019, the BCI received an ongoing investigation from NYS Department of Corrections and Community Supervision Office of Special Investigations (NYSDOCCS OSI) with Stupnick having inappropriate sexual relations with two female inmates at Albion Correctional Facility.\u00a0 Stupnick is a Correction Officer at Albion Correctional Facility.<br><br>Stupnick was processed at SP Batavia and issued appearance tickets for the town of Albion Court in June 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">{NOTE:  The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
