(CLASS B FELONIES).<\/p>\n<p>BOTH WERE ARRAIGNED IN THE TOWN OF ALBION JUSTICE COURT, BY THE HON. JOSEPH FULLER.<\/p>\n<p>VICTOR T. SIMMONS WAS COMMITTED TO THE ORLEANS COUNTY JAIL WITHOUT BAIL DUE TO HIS PREVIOUS CRIMINAL HISTORY.<\/p>\n<p>THE SEVENTEEN YEAR OLD MALE WAS COMMITTED TO THE ORLEANS COUNTY JAIL ON $20,000.00 BAIL OR $40,000.00 BOND, AND IS TO RETURN TO THE TOWN OF ALBION JUSTICE COURT ON APRIL 3, 2017 AT 10:00 A.M.<\/p>\n<p>VICTOR T.
