Ayala, 20, with burglary 1st, two counts of burglary 2nd, three counts of grand larceny 3rd and two counts of grand larceny 4th in a series of burglaries that occurred in the Towns of Batavia and Stafford in the fall of 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ayala was arraigned in the town of Batavia court before Judge Cleveland and released on his own recognizance on all charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ayala remains in the custody of the jail on unrelated charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">{NOTE:  The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. Ayala, 19, turned into a driveway at 317 Washington avenue. According to the Sheriff\u2019s Department, a .22 caliber semi automatic pistol was then thrown from the vehicle. The Sheriff\u2019s Office says TeeSean Ayala was allegedly in possession of a stolen handgun that had a defaced serial number in the vehicle during the traffic stop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TeeSean T. Ayala was charged with criminal possession of weapon 2nd, criminal possession of weapon 3rd, criminal possession of marijuana and plate obstructed.
