On May 24, 2019, Members of the New York State Police, Warsaw Police Department and Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Department conducted a sobriety checkpoint on State Route 20A in the Village of Warsaw. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The following subjects were arrested and released to appear in Warsaw Village Court at a later date:
Jennifer A. Irish, 37, of Warsaw, Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Katy A. O\u2019Brien, 34, of Warsaw, Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, Criminal Possession of Marihuana 5th<\/sup> and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Stephenie S. Lee, 26, of Cleveland, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th<\/sup> and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 672 vehicles traveled through the checkpoint and in addition to the 2 DWAI arrests 13 traffic tickets were issued for various violations of the New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law. <\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n {NOTE: The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
