Falcone, 33, of Batavia Bethany Townline Rd., Bethany, is charged with DWI, failure to dim lights, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, refusal to take a breath test and open container in a vehicle following a traffic stop on Lewiston road in the Town of Batavia on May 26, 2019 at 2:28a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Falcone was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and released on his own recognizance.  He is scheduled to appear in court again on June 24, 2019 at 2:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">James R. Patnode, 50, of Bishop St., Warsaw, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and moving from a lane unsafely after a traffic offenses complaint on Rt. 238 in the Town of Darien on May 26, 2018 at 7:54p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Patnode was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Darien Town Court on June 20, 2019 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Timothy L. Propst, 59, of Genesee St., Perry, is charged with petit larceny and trespassing after allegedly stealing scrap metal on Ellicott street road on May 9, 2019 about 6:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Propst was issued appearance tickets and is due to appear in Town of Batavia court on June 10, 2019 at 1:00p.m. to answer the charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jordan S. Thomas, 20, of Elm St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing merchandise from a local retail store at 4170 Veteran&#8217;s Memorial Drive on May 21, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thomas was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on June 3, 2019 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dalton A. Long, 24, of Clinton St. Rd., Bergen, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after a traffic stop in the Town of Byron on Clinton street road on May 26, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Long was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Byron Court on June 10, 2019 at 4:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Frank J.
