Jarett J. Locicero, 29, of W. Main St., Batavia, is charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd, a class B felony, criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, a class B felony, criminal possession of a weapon 3rd, a class D felony, criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd, a class A misdemeanor and criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, a class A misdemeanor, after allegedly selling a quantity of fentanyl to an agent of the Genesee County Local Drug Task Force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Locicero was arrested on May 23, 2019 in the City of Batavia after an investigation. He was found to be in possession of an illegal knife, a crack cocaine smoking device and suboxone at the time of his arrest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Locicero was transported to the jail and held on a warrant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Joseph M. Dispenza, 25, of Lewiston Rd., Batavia, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after allegedly possessing a quantity of marijuana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dispenza was arrested on May 23, 2019 and was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on June 10, 2019 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vincent A. Sanfratello, 53, of Liberty St., Batavia, is charged with criminal mischief after allegedly destroying property belonging to another person at 111 Liberty street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sanfratello was issued an appearance ticket and released. He appeared in City Court on May 28, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
