On May 28, 2019, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Nicholas C. Longhini, 30, of Wyoming, NY, for menacing 2nd, endangering the welfare of a child and harassment 2nd.
Troopers were dispatched to a domestic complaint on Ryan Road in the town of Warsaw. It is alleged that Longhini menaced a female victim with a cinder block while children were present. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Longhini was arrested and processed at SP Warsaw. He was arraigned in the town of Warsaw Court by Judge Fusani. and was remanded to the Wyoming County Jail on $500.00 cash\/ $2500.00 bond. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
An order of protection was issued to the victims.\u00a0 Longhini is to return to the town of Warsaw court on June 10, 2019 at 5:00pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
