Scott who is accused of the crime of DWI as a class A felony.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On March 10, 2019, Scott was accused of operating her 2008 Audi on the NYS Thruway, Oak street, Noonan Drive and the Days Inn\/Super 8 parking lot in an intoxicated condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scott was previously convicted of aggravated  DWI as a misdemeanor on July 12, 2010 in the Town of Boston in Erie County, and DWAI\/alcohol on December 21, 2012 in Erie County Court. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These convictions were within 10 years previous to the current indictment. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Genesee County Grand Jury has indicted Josselyn A.
