Tracy Lynn Miller, 32, of S. Lake Rd., Pembroke, was arrested after being picked up at the Erie County Holding Center in Buffalo on a bench warrant for failure to appear in County Court on March 22, 2017.<\/p>\n
Miller was indicted by the Grand Jury of Genesee County on a grand larceny 4th charge\/credit card.<\/p>\n
Miller was arraigned in County Court on March 30, 2017 and is being held on $10,000 cash\/bond bail.<\/p>\n

Kendra Q. Thomas, 29, of Dellinger Ave., Batavia, was arrested on a warrant for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration on September 1, 2016 after a traffic stop on March 28, 2017.<\/p>\n
Thomas was arraigned in City Court and will return to court at a later date.<\/p>\n

Jeffery L. Tennity, 52, of Keeney Rd., LeRoy, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an investigation and complaint on North road in Elba on March 30, 2017.<\/p>\n
