Brandie Schumacher, 36, of Wayne County, was arrested following a traffic stop on Route 20A in the Town of Sheldon on April 1, 2017.<\/p>\n
She was stopped for speeding, 56 MPH in a speed zone of 35 MPH.<\/p>\n
Schumacker failed roadside field tests and was arrested for DWAI\/ Drugs. Deputies discovered over a gram of methamphetamine, a scale, a smoking pipe, two other kinds of pills which were a controlled substance, and other drug paraphernalia inside her vehicle.<\/p>\n
Schumacher is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, a class C felony, 2 counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, 2 counts of criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd, DWI\/Drugs, all misdemeanors, and speeding in a zone.<\/p>\n
She was arraigned in the Town of Sheldon Court and committed to the Wyoming County Jail on $50,000 cash bail.<\/p>\n
Schumacher is due back in court on April 10, 2017.<\/p>\n
New York State Police assisted with the roadside investigation.<\/p>\n

As a result of a motor vehicle accident with injuries on Rt. 39 in the Town of Perry on April 2, 2017, Andrew P. Kelsey, 59, of Perry was arrested for DWI.<\/p>\n
Kelsey was operating his vehicle east on Rt. 39 when he crossed the roadway striking another vehicle which was west bound on Rt.39.<\/p>\n
An investigation into the accident revealed Kelsey was intoxicated at the time. He was injured in the accident transported to Wyoming County Community Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.<\/p>\n
The operator of the other vehicle involved was not injured.<\/p>\n
Kelsey will appear in the Town of Perry Court at a later date.<\/p>\n

The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of Curtis Washington, 35, of Buffalo on a warrant issued by the Village of Warsaw Justice Court for failure to pay a fine on March 31, 2017.<\/p>\n
Washington was located in the City of Buffalo and returned to the Village of Warsaw Court where he was arraigned in front of Justice Blythe.<\/p>\n
