Horton, 28, of Telephone Rd., Pavilion, is was arrested on a warrant issued out of City Court on June 7, 2019. On May 17, 2019, Horton was charged with theft of services after allegedly failing to pay for a hotel room at 200 Oak street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Horton was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $500 bail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Malik I Ayala, 27, of Holland Ave., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing property from a store at 412 East Main street and not paying for it on June 7, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ayala was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in City court on June 18, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A 16 year old was arrested on a warrant out of City Court on June 12, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The warrant was issued after the teen failed to appear in court after being issued an appearance ticket on May 14, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 16 year old male was released on recognizance and appeared in Court today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">{NOTE:  The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
