Ficarella, 30, of Lovers Lane Rd., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing merchandise from Kohl&#8217;s Department store on April 4, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Ficarella was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on April 24, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>John R. Leach, 56, of Lake St., LeRoy, is charged with DWAI\/Drugs and no\/inadequate plate lamp after a traffic stop in the Town of Stafford on Main road on April 1, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Leach was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Stafford Court on May 22, 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Stephen E.
