The incident occurred on June 14, 2019 at 2:20a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cox Jr. was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on June 24, 2019 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Edward J. Leddick, 23, of Cheektowaga, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd following an argument on Fargo road in Darien on June 16, 2019 at 11:52p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the argument, Leddick allegedly struck a person in the nose and pushed her to the ground.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Darien Court on July 7, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">{NOTE:  The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
