On June 16, 2019, in the Village of Perry, Officer Harding was patrolling eastbound on Leicester Street when a pickup truck was observed traveling eastbound with an expired registration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
A traffic stop was initiated and Nathan L. Voorhees, 29, of Perry, was identified as the driver of the vehicle. During the investigation, a records check showed Voorhees had a suspended license for failure to answer a summons in the Village of Warsaw. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
