Malik I. Ayala, 27, of Holland Ave., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing items from a store at 412 East Main street on April 9, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ayala was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in City Court on June 25, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alexandra R. Laskey, 29, of Seven Springs Rd., Batavia, was arrested on an arrest warrant for failure to appear after she was located during a traffic stop in Monroe County on May 9, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Laskey was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $500 cash or bond bail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
