street road and at 3134 West Main street road. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Planning Board voted 6-0 to approve the permit at 3232 West Main street road, with Donald Partridge abstaining, since he is involved in a solar project on Ellicott street road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Board then voted 5-1 to approve the second special use permit for 3134 West Main street road, with Jeremy Liles voting no and Partridge abstaining.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Site plans for both projects were also approved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Borrego Solar Systems approached the land owner, Fred Bowman, who says the land has been in his family for 104 years. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Renting it out to somebody else in agriculture doesn&#8217;t much more than pay the taxes on it, this is more beneficial,&#8221;  says Bowman<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bowman says half of each parcel will be used for solar.
