A level 2 sex offender who was on parole pleaded guilty to one count of failing to register a change of address and an internet account, a class E felony.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eric S. Dawson, 29, of N. Spruce St., Batavia, admitted he failed to register a change within 10 days in Genesee County Court this afternoon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The failure to register occurred sometime between January 1st and January 31st 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was being held in the Genesee County Jail on a parole violation at the time of his arrest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dawson continues to be held on bail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is facing a 1-3 year prison sentence at sentencing on July 26, 2019 at 11:30a.m. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
