An Oakfield woman was arrested on a Genesee County Grand Jury Indictment warrant in the Village of Oakfield Thursday morning.<\/p>\n

Adriann T. Smith, 36, of S. Pearl St., Oakfield, is charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd, a class B felony, and criminal nuisance 1st, a class E felony, after she allegedly sold quantities of prescription medications to an agent of the Genesee County Drug Task Force.<\/p>\n

Smith was transported to the Genesee County Jail and was later arraigned.<\/p>\n

Task Force members were assisted in the investigation by the Genesee County District Attorney’s Office.<\/p>\n
