Morgan, 65, of Roanoke Rd., Stafford, is charged with menacing 2nd after allegedly placing a person in fear of physical injury, serious physical injury or death by displaying a dangerous instrument, a screwdriver, during an incident on Roanoke road on June 20, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Morgan was arraigned in Stafford Town Court and released under supervision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Angel I. Carrasquillo, 43, of Lake Ave., Rochester, is charged with burglary 3rd, criminal mischief 3rd, attempted grand larceny 4th and petit larceny after an investigation into a burglary in the Town of Stafford on Clinton street road on May 2, 2019 at 2:27a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Carrasquillo is scheduled to be arraigned in Batavia Town Court on June 29, 2019 at 1:00p.m. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Carrasquillo is currently being held in the Genesee County Jail on a separate matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The incident is being investigated by Sgt. Baiocco, Investigators Chris Parker and Chad Minuto and members of the NYS Police.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Duane K. Miller, 54, of Linwood Ave., Warsaw, is charged with illegal use of toxic vapors after he was located in the Wal-Mart parking lot on Veteran&#8217;s Memorial Drive allegedly huffing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Miller was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on July 8, 2019 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>David G.
