Dennis A. Norris, 53, of Overbrook Rd., Rochester, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, speed exceeding 55mph and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway after a traffic stop on S. Lake road in Bergen on December 23, 2016.
Norris was observed operating a motor vehicle going 72mph in a posted 55mph zone.
After further investigation, an open container of liquor was found in the the driver’s side door.
Norris was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Bergen Court on February 1, 2017.
Kyle J. Whitcomb, 19, of Westchester Dr., Cheektowaga, is charged with driving to the left of pavement markings and unlawful possession of marijuana after a single car motor vehicle accident on Rt. 77 in the Town of Pembroke on January 3, 2017.
Whitcomb was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on January 24, 2017 at 4:30p.m.
