Thomas A. Park, 48, of Rochester, has been indicted on 5 counts of burglary 2nd, a class C violent felony, and 5 counts of petit larceny after a five month investigation by the LeRoy Police Department into residential burglaries in the West Main street area of the Village of LeRoy.
Park, formerly of LeRoy and Pavilion, was arrested in October of 2016 after unlawfully entering residences and stealing items such as jewelry, cash, a safe, a container used for religious purposes and a crossbow during the months of April, May and June of 2016.
Park faces up to 15 years in prison on the burglary charges.
David K. Atkinson, 33, of Pembroke, has been indicted on the charge of criminal sexual act 1st, a class B felony, after engaging in oral conduct with another person by forcible compulsion on November 18, 2016 in the Town of Pembroke.
Atkinson faces up to 25 years in prison on the charge.
