GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Darien man accused of paying with counterfeit bill

Brian J.  Lipinski, 33, of Richley Rd., Darien, is charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument 1st after using a counterfeit bill to pay for a food transaction delivered to his residence in May of 2013.

He was arraigned in Darien Town Court on February 14, 2017.

 

Johnnie M. Watson, 33, of West Main St., Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and unlawful possession of marijuana after he was picked up by the Genesee County Drug Task Force as he was observed walking on Swan Street this morning.

Watson was wanted as a parole absconder.

While being taken into custody, Watson was allegedly found to be in possession of crack cocaine and marijuana.

He is being held in the Genesee County Jail and will appear in City Court on February 21, 2017.
