BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Man accused of threatening neighbor

Todd F. Smith, 51, of Bank St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd after an incident where he allegedly threatened a neighbor on March 13, 2017.

Smith was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on March 21, 2017.

 

 

Carlton L. Beardsley, 22, of Walnut St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny following a shoplifting incident at Tops, at 390 West Main street on March 10, 2017.

Beardsley is accused of stealing alcoholic beverages.

Beardsley was arrested and released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on March 21, 2017.

 

A 17 year old male is charged with petit larceny following a complaint at Speedway at 204 West Main street on February 7, 2017.

The teen was released and issued an appearance ticket.

 

 

Ahdeosun R. Aiken, 18 of Ellicott Ave., Batavia was picked up on an active bench warrant out of the City of Batavia for failing to pay a fine.

The fine stems from an incident where Aiken allegedly damaged glass at the Mall.

Aiken was arrested without incident and was released after paying part of his restitution at Genesee County Probation.

 

 

Rajea  S. Thomas, 28, of Sutorius Dr., Rochester, turned himself in to Rochester Police on a Batavia City Court bench warrant for failing to appear on an aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd charge .

Thomas was turned over to the Batavia Police and was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on March 22, 2017 at 12:30p.m.

 

Ghislaine Pena, 25, of Highland Park, Batavia, was arrested on March 11, 2017 on a City Court bench warrant after failing to appear after an incident that occurred on Union street on July 16, 2016.

Pena posted $300 cash bail and was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on March 22, 2017 at 9:00a.m.
