Geoffrey Beagle, 32, of Tuna St., Perry, is charged with disorderly conduct after a domestic disturbance on Tuna street March 24, 2017.
Beagle began shouting obscenities at Officer Smith of the Perry Police Department and Deputy Sampson of the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office while he was standing in the street.
Beagle was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in court at a later date.
