Dwayne A. Pearsall, 26, homeless, was arrested today, April 18, 2017, on 1 count of attempted rape 2nd, 2 counts of criminal sexual act 2nd, 1 count of sexual abuse 2nd and 1 count of sex abuse 1st.
Pearsall allegedly sexually abused two children, one who was under the age of 15 in 2012 and the other was under age 11 in 2016.
Pearsall was arraigned in Genesee County Court before Judge Zambito and remanded to the Genesee County Jail with no bail.
He is scheduled to re-appear in Genesee County Court on May 12, 2017.
