GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Rochester man found driving on a suspended license

Joshua A. Locurcio, 37, of Stenson St., Rochester, is charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, operating a motor vehicle while registration suspended, unlawful possession of marijuana and operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate after a traffic stop on Clinton street in Bergen on June 17, 2017.

After observing a vehicle traffic violation, and after a brief investigation, it was discovered that Locurcio was operating a motor vehicle on a suspended driver’s license.

After a search of his person, Locurcio was allegedly found to be in possession of three separate controlled substances as well as a quantity of marijuana.

He was arraigned in  Bergen Town Court and jailed in lieu of $1,000 cash bail and will re-appear in court on June 21, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.

 

 

Glenn V. Gerold, 27, of County Rt. 36, Carthage, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more , aggravated unlicensed operation 1st and inadequate headlamp after a traffic stop on West Main street road in Batavia on June 15, 2017.

Gerold was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and jailed on $5,000 bail.

 

Mark A. Constable, 28, of Meigs St., Rochester, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd and no front plate after a traffic stop on Clinton street in Bergen on June 15, 2017.

After being stopped for not having a front plate, Constable was allegedly found with a quantity of marijuana in the vehicle.

Constable was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Bergen Court on July 5, 2017 at 5:00 p.m.
