Ryan J. Mosher, 24, of Lake street, Perry was arrested July 28, 2017 for endangering the welfare of a three year old girl following the investigation into alleged abuse.
Mosher was arraigned in front of Honorable Judge Errignton at Warsaw Town Court and jailed on $2,500 cash and $5,000 bond.
Mosher will return to court in Perry August 1, 2017 at 1:00p.m.
