GENESEE COUNTY/Darien/Concert arrest report

The following people were arrested by the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office during the Dierks Bentley Concert at Darien Lake Performing Arts Center on August 4, 2017:

 

Johnathan D. Haw, age 18, of Domenic Cres,. Niagara Falls, Ontario, was arrested for trespass after allegedly attempting to re-enter the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.  Haw was arraigned in Darien Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $150 bail.

 

The following were issued appearance tickets to appear in Darien Court on 8/29/17 at 4 PM:

 

Michael T. Smith, age 20, of Lake Glenn Dr., Livonia, NY, was arrested for criminal trespass 3rd after allegedly re-entering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.

 

Nicholas D. Pszczolkowski, age 21, of French Lea., W. Seneca, NY, was arrested for criminal trespass 3rd  after allegedly reentering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.

 

Evan M. Dunham, age 23, of Glendale Rd,. Brockport, NY, was arrested for harassment 2nd after allegedly striking a Live Nation Security Officer in the face and chest.

 

Kimberly A. Stanton,  age 24, of Seneca St., Baldwinsville , NY, was arrested for criminal trespass 3rd after allegedly reentering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.

 

Taylor E. Grenier, age 18, of Cabrie Cir., Pittsford, NY, was arrested for criminal trespass 3rd after allegedly re-entering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.

 

A 17 year old of Pittsford, NY, was arrested for criminal trespass 3rd after allegedly re-entering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.

 

Robert J. Moore, age 20, of Greenway Blvd., Churchville, NY, was arrested for trespass after allegedly re-entering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.
