On August 18, 2017, the Attica Police Department arrested a 16 year old male and Steven Acevedo, 27, after an incident that occurred on August 16, 2017 on Exchange street.
At approximately 7:45a.m., the 16 year old teen and Acevedo forcibly took the property of a victim on Exchange Street in the Village of Attica. The 16 year old is charged with robbery 2nd, assault 2nd and criminal mischief 4th.
Acevedo is charged with robbery 2nd.
The 16 year old was remanded to the Wyoming county jail on $5,000.00 cash bail and Acevedo was remanded to the Wyoming County Jail on $20,000 cash bail.
Both appeared in the Attica Village Court on August 21, 2017 at 10:00AM.
Upon defendants appearance in Village Court this morning Village Justice J. Perry remanded both defendants back to Wyoming County Sheriff Office Jail pending a felony hearing.
