On August 27, 2017, at about 11:00 a.m., Troopers arrested Jessica N. Cashday, 23, of Goodyear Ave ., Buffalo, NY, for criminal possession of marijuana 4th and introduce contraband into prison
Troopers assisted the DOCCS K9 at the Attica Correctional Facility.
Cashday, a visitor at the facility, had been alerted on by the DOCCS K9. Cashday was questioned and admitted to having marijuana. Approximately 70.4 grams of marijuana was found.
Cashday was processed without incident and arraigned in the Town of Attica.
She was remanded to the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $5,000.00 cash and $100, 00.00 bond. Cashday is to re-appear in the T/Attica on September 11, 2017 at 9:30 a.m..
