Two Perry residents, Nichole Dacey, 30, and Jessica Ruch, 35, have each been jailed on $5000.00 cash bail and each charged with burglary 2nd and two counts of petit larceny after they allegedly stole a TV from an apartment they shared with a friend. The pair then entered the next door neighbor’s apartment while they were not home and stole their TV as well.
Both incidents occurred on August 31, 2017.
The duo then sold the TV’s to a Pawn Shop in the Rochester area.
Both Dacey and Ruch were picked up by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office on arrest warrants and turned over to Officer Bryant of the Perry Police Department.
