Nelson Duarte Barrios, 32, was arrested on October 19, 2017 for assaulting a 28 year old male with a pipe on Rt. 39 in Perry.
Daurte Barrios is charged with assault 2nd degree and was arraigned in the Town of Perry Court in front of Justice Miller.
Duarte Barrios was remanded to the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $50,000.00 cash or $100,000.00 bond bail. He is to appear in the Town of Perry Court on November 8, 2017 to answer his charge.
