On November 19, 2017 at 3:12a.m., following a traffic stop for speed in zone, Malaty Sengsourichanh, no age provided, of Rochester was arrested for driving while under the influence of alcohol. She was also charged with two counts of aggravated DWI- Leandra’s Law for having two children in the vehicle ages ten and one, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, DWI and speeding in a zone.
Sengsourichanh was arraigned in front of Honorable Judge Errington in Warsaw Town Court and jailed on $2,000.00 cash or $4,000.00 bond. She is to appear in Perry Village court on January 9, 2018 at 1:00p.m..
