ORLEANS COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT

On November 8, 2017, on Ridge Road in Medina, Sgt. Doyle, assisted by Deputy Pahuta of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged Aaron Horn, 31, of Medina with DWI. He was remanded to the jail on $1,000 cash or $5,000 bond and is scheduled to return to the Town of Ridgeway Court.

 

On November 9, 2017, at the Albion Wal-Mart, Deputy Marsceill charged Andrew Bilicki, 33, of Basom, with Petit Larceny. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.

 

On November 11, 2017, on Maple Ridge Road in Medina, Deputy Fox of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, assisted by the Medina Police K-9 Unit, charged Samantha Wroblewski, 28, of Medina with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th. She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Shelby Court.

 

On November 12, 2017, on Ridge Road in Medina, Deputy Fox, assisted by Deputy Narburgh, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged Daniel Wells, 28, of Middleport, with felony DWAI Drugs and felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Ridgeway Court.

 

On November 12, 2017, on Route 31 in Albion, Sgt. Doyle of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office arrested Nolan Powless, no age provided, on a Bench Warrant for failing to complete his weekends in Jail. He was remanded to the Jail on $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.

 

On November 14, 2017, on East Lee Road in Albion, Deputy Hazel, assisted by Deputy Marsceill of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged Garland Barr Jr, 36, of Rochester with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.

 

On November 15, 2017, on Route 31 in Holley, Deputy Stirk of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, assisted by Holley Police Officer Bermudez, charged Jeffrey Dickinson, 30, of Holley with Petit Larceny and Criminal Mischief. He was remanded to the Jail on $2,000 cash bail and is scheduled to return to the Town of Murray Court.

 

On November 17, 2017, at the Iroquois Job Corps in Medina, Sgt. Doyle, assisted by Deputy Narburgh, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged Rachel Murphy, 19, of Laurelton, NY with two counts of Assault 3rd. She was released on her own recognizance and is scheduled to return to the Town of Shelby Court.
