Cody A. Eaton, 28, of Otis St., Batavia, is charged with strangulation 2nd after a domestic dispute at his residence on November 26, 2017.
Eaton was arraigned in City Court and jailed without bail.
He will return to court later this morning.
D’andre J. Cramer, 18, of Maple St., Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of stolen property 6th after an investigation into a larceny from a vehicle on Maple street on October 3, 2017.
Cramer was also charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle and petit larceny after an investigation into a motor vehicle theft in September of this year that occurred on Columbia avenue.
Cramer was arraigned in City Court on November 26, 2017 and jailed on $1,000 cash bail or bond.
He will re-appear in court later today.
Brandon J. Micucci, 18, of Main St., Alexander, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after he was found to be in possession of marijuana at 115 Cedar street on November 20, 2017.
Micucci was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on November 28, 2017.
Natalie M. Cervone, 23, of Clinton St. Rd., Batavia, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after being found to be in possession of an amount of marijuana following a traffic stop of a vehicle in which she was a passenger.
Cervone was issued an appearance ticket and is due back in court on December 5, 2017 to answer the charge.
