Sean A. Semprie Jr., 25, no permanent address, was arrested Wednesday morning, November 29, 2017, on a Genesee County Grand Jury Indictment Warrant and extradited back to Genesee County from Augusta, Maine where he was being held on unrelated charges.
Semprie Jr. allegedly sold a quantity of crack cocaine on two occasions to an agent of the Genesee County Drug Task Force.
He is charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, both class B felonies.
Semprie Jr. was arraigned in Genesee County Court and jailed in lieu of $10,000 cash bail.
Task Force members were assisted in the investigation by uniformed members of the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office and the Genesee County District Attorney’s Office.
