BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Bank street woman charged with identity theft

Zoe A. McClure, 48, of Bank St., Batavia, is charged with identity theft 2nd after she allegedly assumed the identity of another person and obtained goods with a value greater than $500 on May 26, 2017.

McClure allegedly opened up a credit card account in another person’s name and charged an amount to that card that was greater than $500.

She was arraigned in City Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.

McClure is due back in court on January 3, 2018.

 

 

Samuel R. Thompson, 62, of York St., Rochester, was arrested following a complaint of criminal mischief at Kwik Fill at 99 Jackson street on December 1, 2017.

Thompson allegedly wrote on the outside of the building in permanent marker.

He was arraigned in City Court and jailed on $1,500 cash or bond bail.
