A Cowlesville man was arrested following a residential burglary investigation that occurred in October 2017 in the Town of Sheldon.
Joseph Scott, 50, of Bear Road is charged with burglary 2nd and grand larceny 3rd. Scott was arraigned in Wyoming County Court before Justice Mohun and was committed to jail on $15,000 bail. Scott is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Sheldon Court at a later date.
Deputy Renee Ficarella, Deputy Dan Kemp, and Forensic Technician Deputy Steve Miller all assisted with the investigation.
