On January 13, 2018, at 1:30 a.m., Rodney M. Cassidy Jr., 32, of Hunt, NY, was charged by Officer Gregory Smith of the Perry Police Department, with failure to signal a turn, uninspected motor vehicle, consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle, DWI, and driving with a BAC of .08% or more after a traffic stop on Mill Street.
Cassidy was issued appearance tickets to appear in Perry Village Court at a later date.
