On February 6, 2018, James Leach, 60, of Leicester, was arrested in the Village of Perry on the charge of harassment 2nd.
Leach allegedly entered a local business and became irate with workers over a money issue.
Leach was processed and given a return court date of March 13, 2018 at 1:00 p.m..
