Douglas B. Uberty, 45, of N. Main St., Warsaw, is charged with unlawful surveillance 2nd after he allegedly took photos under the clothes of a person with his cell phone while at Wal-mart at 4133 Veterans Memorial Drive on June 17, 2017.
Uberty was arrested and released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on March 1, 2018 at 1:00 p.m.
