Brian K. Dyer, 52, of North St., Batavia, is charged with assault 2nd and criminal possession of a weapon 3rd after allegedly hitting a person in the head with a blunt object causing an injury during an altercation on North street on July 5, 2019.
Dyer was arraigned in City Court and jailed without bail. He will re-appear in City Court today.
Scott D. Higgins, 38, of Ganson Ave., Batavia, is charged with DWI, previous conviction, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, previous conviction, operating without an ignition interlock device, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and aggravated unlicensed operation 1st after striking a utility pole on Maple street and leaving the scene on July 6, 2019 at 2:36a.m.
Police located Higgins and the vehicle at a Ganson avenue address.
He was arraigned in City Court and jailed without bail and will re-appear in court later today.
Linda A. Snyder, 36, and OV Murphy, 60, both of Highland Park, Batavia, are each charged with harassment 2nd after striking another person during a physical altercation on a porch on Highland Park on July 3, 2019.
Both were issued appearance tickets and will appear in court on July 9, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
Jonathan H. Cordeiro, 32, of McIntyre Rd., LeRoy, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, expired inspection and aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd after a traffic stop on West Main street on July 5, 2019 at 1:33a.m.
Cordeiro was issued several traffic tickets and will appear in City Court on July 17, 2019
Wesley Thigpen, 38, of Ellicott St., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after allegedly having unwanted contact with person in violation of an order of protection on Vine street on July 7, 2019.
Thigpen was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $2,500 cash or bond bail. He will re-appear in court later today.
Christine M. Wagner, 38, of Jackson St., Batavia, is charged with unlicensed dog and unvaccinated dog after an investigation into a dog bite complaint on Jackson street on July 1, 2019.
Wagner was issued an appearance ticket and released. She will appear in City Court on July 17, 2019.
Jodee M. Henderson, 34, of Broadway Rd., Darien, was arrested on an outstanding City Court bench warrant from May 23, 2019. Henderson was released on her own recognizance and will return to City Court on July 17, 2019 at 10:00a.m.
William T. Hughes, 62, homeless, of Batavia, was arrested and charged with criminal contempt 2nd after violating an order of protection when he was located at the residence of the protected party on July 5, 2019.
Hughes will appear in City Court at a later date.
