Danial J. Kearney, 57, of Genesee St., Pembroke, is charged with harassment 2nd and reckless driving after an investigation into a road rage incident at 3978 Pearl street road in the Town of Batavia on December 23, 2016.
Kearney struck another driver in the face and cut them off.
He was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court at 1:00a.m. this morning and released on recognizance.
The incident was investigated by Deputy Kyle Krzemien and Sgt. Thomas Sanfratello.
