Aaron M. Gardner, 35, of Britt Rd., LeRoy, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more, no seat belt, speed violation/unreasonable speed around a curve and failure to keep right, following an accident investigation of a motor vehicle accident that occurred on November 11, 2016 on Oatka Trail in the Town of LeRoy.
Gardner was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of LeRoy Court on January 17, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.
