Gerardo Carrera-Sanchez, 31, of Oak Orchard Rd.,Elba, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, unlicensed operator and moving from a lane unsafely after a motor vehicle accident on Shelt road in the Town of Byron on January 22, 2017.
Carrera-Sanchez was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Byron Court on February 20, 2017 at 6:00p.m.
Timothy M. Weinstein, 44, of Alleghany Rd., Darien, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd and unlawful possession of marijuana after an investigation into a possible order of protection violation at his residence on January 25, 2017.
Weinstein allegedly allowed a protected party to reside at his house in violation of a Court Order.
He was arraigned in the Town of Darien Court and released on recognizance and will re-appear later today.
